Da muss erst eine kleine Mr. Maisel kommen, damit so eine Power-
Mädchen-Geschichte, die so durch und durch feministisch angehaucht
ist, auch wenn der Femen-Clan wahrscheinlich geifernd durch die
Straßen ziehen würde, obgleich der zuckerigen Darstellung der
50er Jahre, so richtig schön zieht. Es musste auch irgendwann das
erste Mal kommen, dass Midge auf der Bühne böse baden geht - "Shit,
I've only done this drunk or stoned. What-what if that's the only
reason I was funny? Like, I can't get loaded every time I come on
stage." Das zweite Mal war noch übler.
Penny tut mir irgendwie Leid. Joel aber auch. Die Anmachszene bei
der Party war Super. Aber bester Moment in einer tollen Folge: Als
Susie die Stimme des Telefonannahmeservices nachmacht, ist sie Lois
Griffin. Und der performte Song zu der Zeit war auch dope.
