"In a world where superheroes have been real for decades, an accountant with
zero powers comes to realize his city is owned by a super villain. As he
struggles to uncover this conspiracy, he falls in league with a strange blue
superhero." (IMDB). Keine typische Superhelden-Serie, eher so ein Anti-Ding
wie Kick-Ass oder gar Bird Man. Als Einführungsfolge gelungen, aber für eine
zweite würde ich mir echt etwas mehr guten Humor wünschen. Der kam nämlich
deutlich zu kurz. Mit Peter Serafinowicz.
"This was not funny, the actor was weird, not funny, Arthur was weird, dark,
disturbed and not funny, the story was dark and NOT funny. Did the writers
and actors even research The Tick? Very disappointed that Amazon would waste
this opportunity. I only hope they take another shot at it and do it right
this time. Been waiting for this show since it was rumored back in 2014,
bummed."
Einzig die Bösewichtin mit dicker Narbe und Blind-Auge im Gesicht fand
ich total ungelungen. Das hier ist ein Amazon-Pilot. Ob das in Serie geht,
entscheidet sich noch.
