"Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll focuses on "Johnny Rock", lead singer of The Heathens, a
fictional early 1990s New York band. Despite their hard partying, The Heathens
were on the verge of becoming famous for their live performances and the
release of a highly anticipated first album. However, the band broke up the
same day the album was released, making the band's split the quickest of any
group in rock-n-roll history. Twenty-five years later, Johnny is out of work,
out of money and out of options to be a star. Then Gigi, Johnny's talented
singing daughter, appears, hoping to be famous herself. With an appreciation
for The Heathens' only album, she offers a lot of money to bring the whole
band back together. Only now, she will be the lead singer and Johnny will
simply be a credited songwriter. The competition to see who will become more
