Die allermeisten, sogar. War die Zahl nicht "über 99% aller Arten, die je auf der Erde existierten, sind ausgestorben"? Klar, liegt natürlich in der Natur der Sache, dass weiter entwickelte Spezies ihre Vorgänger verdrängen. Aber da gab's ja auch die fünf Massenaussterben und ich weiß gerade gar nicht, ob das aktuelle vermeintlich sechste (menschengemachte) Massenaussterben schon allgemein in der Wissenschaft akzeptiert ist. Vermutlich schon.

Und der Mensch wird hier natürlich absolut zutreffend als "global Superpredator" geführt, der sich an auf globaler Ebene an allen anderen Apex Predators vergeht.
