Pakistan had developed several portable nuclear devices. Our intelligence determined... that Pakistani government operatives had placed those devices in the hands of terrorists, and that they were about to be taken. Preemptive nuclear war is our new official policy. Ahaa... endlich geht's mal in der Sache etwas vorwärts. Ansonsten viel zu viele Sidestorys. Mir fehlt Rubicon. Das war viel stringenter in der Hinsicht.
